"State Farm has great service and great prices! I now have Auto and Renters Insurance with them. The staff answered all of my questions and were very thorough in documenting everything. Michelle was especially helpful and cheerful. I'm now thinking about getting Life Insurance."

"They were quick, efficient, communication was stellar AND gave me incredible coverage and rates for my auto and motorcycle. HOWEVER. The next bill was double my initial payment and agreed upon quote, when I reached out asking why they told me that "after further review in the underwriting process it ended up being higher" ended up having a very frustrating conversation trying to understand because I felt like I was falsely quoted, signed up at that agreed upon price and the following month it was doubled WITHOUT TELLING ME. I did NOT agree to that. However the same underwriting process came back less on my motorcycle coverage which allowed credits and time for me to figure out the increase on me car...another conversation later, Chris was very accommodating and helpful as he possibly could to decrease my monthly premium on my car to a reasonable number. His customer service is actually stellar and I'm grateful for his effort despite my frustration through it."

She was so considerate and professional and answered all of the questions I had, while patiently explaining everything relating to the policies. She had me signed up for both home and auto insurance so quickly, I couldn't believe it was already done!
